Gitlab Inc (NASDAQ:) 22% HIGHER; reported better-than-expected and higher guidance citing the AI revolution.

Blue Bird (NASDAQ:) 9% LOWER; announced today that affiliates of Coliseum Capital Management LLC and American Securities LLC intend to offer 5,000,000 shares of Blue Birds common stock

Healthequity Inc (NASDAQ:) 6% HIGHER; the provider of HSA accounts reported better-than-expected results and raised its guidance.

Mobileye Global Inc (NASDAQ:) 4% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten secondary public offering of 35,000,000 shares of Mobileyes Class A common stock by Intel Overseas Funding Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:).

Corebridge Financial Inc (NYSE:) 4% LOWER; American International Group, Inc. (NYSE:) today announced the launch of a secondary offering of Corebridge Financial common stock. AIG, as the selling stockholder, is offering 65 million existing shares of common stock

GE HealthCare Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:) 3% LOWER; announced today the launch of a secondary underwritten public offering of 25,000,000 shares of its common stock. GE HealthCare is not selling any shares of common stock and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the GEHC Shares in the Offering or from the debt-for-equity exchange.
