Biden’s new student-loan-forgiveness strategy has borrowers confused, frustrated

Lina Vitkauskas, 50, has been paying her student loans for decades. Until last week, she held out a “sliver of hope” that it would get a little bit easier. 

But then the Supreme Court knocked down the Biden administration’s plan to cancel up to $20,000 in student debt for a wide swath of borrowers.
