Stock futures struggle to make headway as traders turn attention to jobs data

U.S. stock futures started June on a muted noted as investors eyed looming jobs data.

On Wednesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA fell 135 points, or 0.41%, to 32908, the S&P 500 SPX declined 26 points, or 0.61%, to 4180, and the Nasdaq Composite COMP dropped 82 points, or 0.63%, to 12935.
