TUI said that Nishank Gopalkrishnan has been appointed chief commercial officer of TUI Musement, and that TUI Musement co-founder and former Chief Supply Officer Claudio Bellinzona has decided to leave the company.
The London-listed German travel operator said Friday that Gopalkrishnan is the former chief business officer of TUI Musement, the company’s tours and activities division.
TUI said Gopalkrishnan’s appointment is part of the company’s strategy to drive further growth at the division, and that he will be responsible for all B2B strategic partnerships for distribution and global product supply.
The company said Bellinzona will continue supporting the business as an external advisor and will work with TUI Musement’s leadership team on new growth opportunities.
Shares at 1122 GMT were up 5.80 pence, or 1.3%, at 441.80 pence.
