The Royaland Company Files for IPO

The Royaland Company has filed for an initial public offering, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing released Friday.

The gaming company said it is offering 1.3 million Class B common shares at an estimated price of $5 to $6.

It applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol RLND.
