Syra Health Shares Fall 8% After First Day of Trading

Shares of Syra Health continued their slide after-hours Friday following the company’s first day of trading.

The stock was down 8% to $2.76 in after-hours trading. Shares closed at $3, 27% below the company’s pricing per offering unit of $4.125.

The Carmel, Ind.-based healthcare consulting company’s shares began trading midday Friday. The company’s offering of 1.615 million units is expected to generate gross proceeds of $6.7 million.

Each unit in the offering consists of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase stock at $6.50.

The company expects the offering to close Oct. 3.
