South Korea’s Sovereign Wealth Fund Names New COO

South Korea’s sovereign wealth fund, the Korea Investment Corporation, on Friday appointed Sangmin Lee as its new chief operating officer.

Lee, who joined the KIC in 2006 and recently served as chief compliance officer, will assume the new role on July 1, the fund said in a press statement.

KIC named Ikho Suh, head of its general & financial affairs group, as its new chief compliance officer.
