Rihanna Lists Beverly Hills Residence for $10.5 Million

Rihanna listed one of her Los Angeles-area homes on Tuesday for $10.5 million.

The 35-year-old pop star and entrepreneur bought the 5,100-square-foot, Tudor-inspired home in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood for $10 million in March 2021, Mansion Global reported at the time. She also owns the home immediately next store, which she purchased in 2020 for $13.75 million, according to records with PropertyShark.

“Nestled just moments away from the vibrant heart of Beverly Hills, this expansive estate resides on one of the most esteemed streets in the BHPO area,” the listing said. “Beyond its gated entrance and mature landscaping, this illustrious compound retreats elegantly from the street. Coupled with its location on a quiet cul-de-sac, it affords a wonderful level of privacy.”

Rihanna purchased both homes through trusts linked to Evan Jehle, a partner at the New York-based business management company FFO and a member of the Global Advisory Board of Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation, records show. Jehle could not immediately be reached for comment.

Built in 1939, the home features wood and stone flooring, beamed cathedral ceilings in the living room and original fireplaces, according to the listing. It also offers a chef’s kitchen with a breakfast nook, a family room with French doors opening to the backyard and a dining room that leads to a covered outdoor seating area, according to the listing.

In addition, there’s a detached, one-bedroom guest house with a kitchenette and office space.

Outside, there’s a pool surrounded by manicured lawns, a half basketball court, a vegetable garden and several dining and lounge areas.

The “Lift Me Up” and “Rude Boy” singer likely did not live in the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home, as she owned the fully renovated one next door. Representatives for Rihanna did not return a request for comment.

The listing agents did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
