Metals Acquisition Shares Hit 52-Week High After $52M PIPE Subscription Agreements

Metals Acquisition shares were up 3% at $10.35 after saying it has entered into subscription agreements totaling $52 million at $10 a share in a private placement that will be concurrent with the consummation of its CSA Mine acquisition.
