Mach Natural Resources Files for IPO

By Ben Glickman

Mach Natural Resources has filed for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mach didn’t say Friday how many shares it would offer or give an anticipated price range.

It has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker MNR.

The Oklahoma City, Okla.-based company said it is focused on acquiring, developing and producing oil and natural gas in Western Oklahoma, Kansas and the Texas Panhandle.

In the year ended June 30, the company’s production averaged 65 million barrels of oil equivalent per day.

The company said it would use the proceeds from the offering to repay its credit facilities.

Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. and Raymond James & Associates are listed as underwriters of the offering.
