LivaNova Extends Interim CEO William Kozy’s Term

LivaNova extended the term of Chairman William Kozy as interim chief executive until up to April 13, 2024.

The medical technology company announced the resignation of former CEO Damien McDonald in April.

Kozy will receive an additional one-time award of time-based restricted stock units valued at $750,000 effective Dec. 15, LivaNova said.
