Iomart Group said Monday that Lucy Dimes will assume the role of executive chair on a part-time basis, effective immediately.
The London-listed IT and cloud-computing company said Dimes will focus on the further development of external-facing corporate opportunities “alongside the executive directors.”
“The additional executive resource and experience will provide greater capacity for Iomart to take full advantage of the varied and wide opportunities which exist within the IT Cloud marketplace,” it said.
The company said its performance was in line with market expectations.
Shares at 0751 GMT were down 1 pence, or 0.6%, at 172 pence.
