Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust said Friday that it has appointed Stephane Amine to the role of president and chief executive officer.
Amine is the founder of asset management company Inovalis SA as well as the manager of the REIT. He succeeds David Giraud, who is stepping down from the role for personal reasons.
Inovalis REIT invests primarily in office properties in primary markets of France, Germany and Spain. The company said Amine brings with him experience in European real estate investment as well as in syndication of funds.
