Darktrace Investor Sells 20.8 Mln Shares

Jefferies International said Friday that it has now sold 20.8 million Darktrace shares on behalf of Summit DT Equity Holdings 3, as first announced late Thursday and more than planned.

On Thursday Jefferies said it was selling 17 million shares in the U.K. cybersecurity company on behalf of the investor.

The brokerage didn’t say how much it sold the shares for. However, based on Darktrace’ closing price of 309.90 pence the shares sold were worth 64.46 million pounds ($82.5 million)
