Chesapeake Utilities Board Votes to Increase Dividend to 59c

Chesapeake Utilities on Wednesday said its board voted to increase the quarterly cash dividend by a little over 10%, to 59 cents a share, from 53.5 cents.

The energy delivery company said the change raises the 2023 annualized dividend by 22 cents, to $2.36 a share, from $2.14 a share.

The quarterly dividend will be payable on July 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, Chesapeake said.
