Calumet Specialty Products Partners said David Lunin would become the company’s new chief financial officer, succeeding Vince Donargo, who will step down Dec. 31.
Lunin joins Calumet as executive vice president and CFO designate, the company said. Most recently, he worked in various investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and spent significant time in the natural resources group covering the commodity and specialty chemicals industries.
Donargo will continue with the company in an advisory role until his retirement at the end of April 2024, the company said.
