International stocks trading in New York closed higher on Friday.
The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts rose 1.5% to 151.37. The European index advanced 1.2% to 147.41. The Asian index climbed 1.7% to 173.32. The Latin American index surged 2.9% to 193.24, while the emerging-markets index moved up 1.5% to 287.98.
Yunji was among those whose ADRs traded actively. The social e-commerce platforms provider soared 51% after narrowing its loss in the latest quarter.
Connect Biopharma Holdings rose 9.9% a day after the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company reported positive data at Week 48 from Phase 2 trial for icanbelimod, which is being developed as a treatment of ulcerative colitis.
