After-Hours Stock Movers:

Ventyx Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: VTYX) 74% LOWER; announced results from the Phase 2 trial of VTX958 in patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis and provided a corporate update. “While the Phase 2 trial of VTX958 in plaque psoriasis met the primary and key secondary endpoints, we are disappointed by the magnitude of efficacy observed, despite having achieved target levels of drug exposure in the trial, said Raju Mohan, Ph.D., Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “

TransMedics Group (NASDAQ:) 38% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.78), $0.62 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $49.19 million. TransMedics Group sees FY2023 revenue of $222-230 million, versus prior of $180-$190 million and the consensus of $194.18 million.

Alteryx (NYSE:) 15% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.29, $0.34 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $232 million versus the consensus estimate of $210.19 million. Q4 Revenue is expected to be in the range of $334 million to $340 million. FY Revenue is expected to be in the range of $953 million to $959 million.

TripAdvisor (NASDAQ:) 11% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.52, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $533 million versus the consensus estimate of $505.04 million.

Sanmina (SANM) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.42, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.05 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.15 billion. Sanmina sees Q1 2024 EPS of $1.20-$1.30, versus the consensus of $1.45. Sanmina sees Q1 2024 revenue of $1.85-1.95 billion, versus the consensus of $2.23 billion.

RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE:) 7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.78, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $558 million versus the consensus estimate of $554.22 million. RingCentral, Inc. sees FY2023 EPS of $3.19-$3.20, versus the consensus of $3.15. RingCentral, Inc. sees FY2023 revenue of $2.198-2.205 billion, versus the consensus of $2.2 billion.

IFF (IFF) 6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.89, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.82 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.77 billion. IFF reconfirms FY2023 revenue of $11.3-11.6 billion, versus the consensus of $11.4 billion.

Tapestry, Inc. (NYSE:) 4% HIGHER; Capri and Tapestry each received a request for additional information and documentary materials from the Federal Trade Commission in connection with the FTC’s review of the merger.
