Sure Ventures has raised 200,000 pounds ($254,700) via a share placing and will use the money toward investments and for general working capital purposes.
The investment company said Monday that it has issued 205,128 new ordinary shares at 97.5 pence each. The issue price is in line with the company’s closing price on Friday.
